An Update from Elim

On Monday, March 31, 2014, Bro. A. C. Sas began teaching his portion of the coursework at Elim Missionary College in Sydney, Australia, giving instruction on The Seven Churches, The Seven Seals, and The History of the SDARM.

     At the end of March 2014, the Assistant Regional Secretary for the African Region, Brother John Bosco, visited our brethren in Seychelles, Africa.

     Though these brethren have lived isolated for some years, they remain faithful. Plans are now being made to further develop the work in Seychelles—and as part of these plans, the GC is sponsoring the local worker there to attend the Workers' Seminar which will be held this year in Angola.

A colporteur seminar was held on April 4–8, 2014, in Belo Horizonte in the state of Minas Gerais, in the east-central part of Brazil.

     On May 3, 2014, the church in Miami, Florida, USA, was blessed with the addition of three new souls by baptism.

     Currently we have 37 organized churches in Uganda—only 3 of which have a church building. The existing church buildings were built with lots of effort by the local brethren, help from the General Conference, and from brethren around the world. Praised be to the Lord for touching hearts and providing for our church family in Uganda!

     More churches are slowly being built according to the financial possibilities. The local brethren and sympathizers work making the bricks which can be seen in one of the pictures below.
