Drinking water or other liquid with a meal is a common habit. But there are very compelling reasons to not engage in this practice.

You have likely heard that we should chew our food properly. There are many reasons why this is important. Chewing grinds the foods into small particles. The smaller the particle the more readily it can be coated with the digestive enzymes present in our saliva, which in turn start digestion.

One of the seminars was held in the new building in Moscow. Aljona Bobetko was the translator for Doctor Ivanov.

The event also had the participation of the young people in a beautiful music program.

May God bless all who attended, as well as the organizers of the seminars. May the truths learned at the event bring health to God's children and glory to His name.

"Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you" (Matthew 5:10–12).

Called, and Chosen, and Faithful

Cherishing the call of God

“Many be called, but few chosen” (Matthew 20:16).

Christ gave this thought-provoking declaration to conclude the parable of the householder who hired laborers early in the morning to work throughout the day in his vineyard. The laborers agreed to work for a penny.

Later, at the third, sixth, ninth, and eleventh hour, the householder extended the call to

others and promised to pay whatever was right.
