“Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted. Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ,” Galatians 6:1, 2.
Christ and His apostles left clear instructions on how to deal with those who give in to temptation. These divine instructions are found throughout the whole Bible.
"God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by Whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world," Galatians 6:14.
“If those who today are teaching the word of God, would uplift the cross of Christ higher and still higher, their ministry would be far more successful. If sinners can be led to give one earnest look at the cross, if they can obtain a full view of the crucified Saviour, they will realize the depth of God’s compassion and the sinfulness of sin.
We have known for years that our diet plays a direct role in diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, and many cancers. Science and the Bible both align on the truth that what we do with our body affects the brain and our spirituality. “So whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God,” 1 Corinthians 10:31.
"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another," Galatians 5:22-26.
