Central Philippine Union Conference (CPUC)—Four brethren were ordained in Bacolod City Church on June 5, 2021.

Two brethren were ordained as Field Elders, Brother Richard A. Sinadjan, the newly elected President of the Central Eastern Visayan Field, and Brother Ephraim Amar, the newly elected President of the Western Visayan Field.

Brother Carlito T. Balag from Talisay City Church in San Isidro, Talisay City, Cebu, was ordained as a Church Elder and serves as the current leader of the Talisay City Church.

Lastly, Brother Rogelio N. Formentera was ordained as a Minister. He is the newly elected Vice President of the Central Eastern Visayan Field, currently assigned in the Province of Bohol.

The ordinations were officiated by Brother Carlos Estrera, Sr. (Minister), Brother Allan Alingalan (President of the Philippine South Union Mission), Brother Abner Napoleon De Costo (President of the Central Philippine Union Conference), and Brother Rolly Dumaguit, (GC Vice President).

"As His representatives among men, God does not choose angels who have never fallen, but human beings, men of like passions with those they seek to save. Christ took humanity that He might reach humanity." Acts of the Apostles, p. 134

"It was at the ordination of the Twelve that the first step was taken in the organization of the church that after Christ’s departure was to carry on His work on the earth...'And He ordained twelve, that they should be with Him, and that He might send them forth to preach.' Mark 3:13-14" Acts of the Apostles, p. 18.1

As they ministered to the Lord, and fasted, the Holy Ghost said, Separate me Barnabas and Saul for the work whereunto I have called them. And when they had fasted and prayed, and laid their hands on them, they sent them away,” Acts 13:2-3.

May the good Lord continue to be with His representatives as they labor for Him.
