Los Olivos, Peru—We praise the Lord for the souls that were reborn! On May 15, 2021, four brethren gave their hearts to Christ and joined our church in Los Olivos, Lima, Peru.
They were baptized in La Laguna de Trapiche, a beautiful place where God displays His great love through nature. Pastor Rubén Pinto officiated the baptism ceremony.
We praise the Lord and, together with our heavenly family, rejoice in welcoming our new brethren into the fold. Let us keep them in our prayers.
Punta Taytay, Philippines—Glory to our Almighty God! Fourteen souls were baptized in Punta Taytay, Villarosa, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, Philippines, on April 23, 2021.
Brother Carlos Estrera, Sr. officiated the baptism. In the evening, the brethren were fellowshipped at the Bacolod City Church.
We rejoiced with heaven to witness our new brethren's decision to serve the Lord and become a part of His family.
Jaffna, Sri Lanka—Seven souls were baptized and welcomed into our church family in Jaffna, Sri Lanka, on Monday, April 19, 2021. Brother Joseph Harrington, our minister in Sri Lanka, officiated the baptism ceremony with the assistance of Brother Nicolas Mariyanayagam.
A National Youth Convention took place in Romania from March 25-28, 2021. This year, the event took place online under the theme “I Fell in Love”, and the theme text “Many waters cannot quench love…” Song of Songs 8:7.
With the Lord’s help, this event provided space for important discussions with our teenagers, young people, and newlyweds. The speakers at the event were Pastors Radu Ioniță, David Mureșan, and Brother Arcadii Mangul from the Republic of Moldova, who participated via Zoom.
