The General Conference Publishing Department is set up for the purpose of developing publishing departments and facilities in all units of the General Conference. This Department is also responsible for the planning of new publications, compiling statistics, and supervising the work of RHPA (Reformation Herald Publishing Association), as its responsibility is to publish all official publications of the General Conference.
