Roanoke, Virginia—During the first weekend of May, the Roanoke church had the privilege of hosting many visitors and visiting brethren for a special Youth Sabbath. Local Roanoke youth as well as visiting young people led the meetings of the day from Sabbath School to close of Sabbath. Brother Justin Hanuska, visiting from Canada, shared his testimony during the divine service. The inspiring message covered how to find meaning through connection with Christ. You can watch his message on Youtube.

In the afternoon, there was a Young People’s Meeting held outdoors at Carvins Cove in Roanoke. Beautiful musical items were shared, as well as a short message by Brother Paul Balbach. Everyone had the opportunity to hike in the park afterwards and then enjoy a supper together back at the church. After Sabbath there were activities for the youth to enjoy their time with old and new friends. We pray everyone received a blessing and hope you will join us at our next Youth Sabbath!
