Travel & Visa Information

Play Your Journey

We want every young person to be able to attend IYC 2027. Start planning early, especially if you’ll be traveling internationally.

Entry Requirements

Entry requirements for the United States vary depending on your country of citizenship. There are two main pathways for visitors:

Visa Waiver Program (ESTA)

Citizens of eligible countries may enter the U.S. without a visa under the Visa Waiver Program. You must apply for authorization through ESTA before traveling.

B-1/B-2 Visitor Visa

If your country is not part of the Visa Waiver Program, you will need to apply for a B-1/B-2 Visitor Visa at a U.S. Embassy or Consulate. Processing times vary — begin early.

Invitation Letters

If you require an invitation letter to support your visa application, details on how to request one will be provided closer to the event. Keep an eye on your email and this page for updates.
