The home is God’s first classroom. Long before faith is shared from the pulpit or lived out in the community, it is nurtured within the family through prayer, worship, meaningful conversations, and everyday acts of love.
HOME is a global initiative of the General Conference’s Family Department designed to help families rediscover the joy and purpose of family worship. For one week, families around the world will journey together through daily devotionals, practical activities, and meaningful moments that strengthen both their relationship with Christ and with one another.
The week concludes with a special weekend focused on celebrating what God has done and encouraging families to continue building a Christ-centered home.
You are invited. Family worship looks different in every home, but God’s desire is the same: that every home becomes a place where faith is lived, shared, and passed on.
Strong churches are built on strong families.
Family worship creates intentional moments to pause, pray together, study God’s Word, and build lasting spiritual habits. It doesn’t require perfect schedules or perfect families, only a willingness to invite Christ into everyday life.
The goal isn’t simply to complete seven days of devotionals. It’s to inspire a lifestyle where faith naturally becomes part of the rhythm of the home.
Share these materials with your congregation, social media, or bulletin boards to spread the word about International Family Week.
