The eleventh day of the session began with a season of prayer at 6:00 AM. At 6:30 AM, Brother Eduardo Moreno led the morning worship, speaking on the topic “The Measure of Character.” He emphasized that if our presence among unbelievers does not challenge them in any way, we should examine whether we are truly walking with the Lord and reflecting Christ’s character.
The morning session commenced at 8:30 AM with a spiritual address from the temporary Secretary of the session, Brother Peter Lausevic, alongside the re-elected Secretary for the North American Region. He reminded us that our mission for nearly 100 years has not been merely to preach pleasant sermons but to proclaim the present truth—the Three Angels’ Messages.
Next, the Nominating Committee presented candidates for the Welfare Department, Sabbath School, and Bylaws Committee. The following brethren were elected:
Welfare Department: Andre Devai
Sabbath School: Nathan Tyler
Bylaws Committee
Chairman: Marcos Pedrasas, Jaime Campos, Peter Lausevic
Later in the day, more young people joined rehearsals for the combined orchestra that will perform during the public meeting in Medellín.
The day concluded with the evening worship, presented by Brother Edson Custodio from Brazil. He spoke on the topic “Children, Not Slaves,” offering a meaningful reflection on our identity in Christ.
