Ukraine

This spring the brethren in Ukraine began the construction of a new health center in Ukraine.

Siloam Health Center will be the first wellness center in the former Soviet Union—and construction on the building is now underway. The center is located in a picturesque area of the Carpathian Mountains in the Transcarpathian region of Ukraine, with hot springs in the nearby vicinity. Employees will soon be transferred to the center in order to begin medical missionary work there, as well as to further the gospel message in that region.

May God bless the construction process, that these facilities may be soon be in operation.

The past weeks, months, and years have been trying for each one in some way or another, and we have the promise that there will be more tests ahead. Wait! Don’t shrink back in despair; God has a plan and purpose for us. He has help available for us. He is not surprised by what is happening, or by what is going to happen. He is prepared! Are we?

Vegetables, Colors, and the Gospel

There are many known benefits to eating vegetables, and science is discovering more all the time. But did you know there are spiritual lessons we can learn from the colors found in nature? The colors are reminders of God’s love every time we eat of them.

Fruits and Vegetables are the original fast food. They are packed with fiber, nutrients, and color. In fact, the different colors represent different nutrients and health benefits. Scientist link low fruit and vegetable intake as among the top ten risk factors attributable to early mortality. The world health organization states that up to 2.7 million lives could be saved annually with sufficient fruit and vegetable consumption.

A Spiritual Conference based on the theme, “Darkness Enlightened by Prophecy,” took place at our church in Milan, Italy, on March 2—27, 2016.

On March 25-27, a Spiritual Conference dealing with the theme, "Darkness Enlightened by Prophecy” was hosted by the Milan Church in Italy. The conference was based on the linked prophecies of Daniel 7 and Revelation 13.

Photos of the newly renovated church in South Brazil's interior.

Presidente Prudente is a city in the interior of São Paulo, Brazil, and after decades of use, our church there has recently undergone a major renovation. On Friday evening, March 25, 2016, the brethren held an inauguration ceremony to commemorate the event.

Brethren and visitors from the surrounding area and churches were invited to participate in the special Sabbath meetings. The brethren were blessed with a full church and several musical items.
