News and photos of the baptism of six souls in Plateau State, Nigeria.

JOS, NIGERIA—On Sunday, December 3, 2017, our church in Nigeria welcomed six new members. The Holy Spirit converted six souls to join God's family, and last month they were baptized in Jos, Nigeria by Brother Tony Maraizu. The baptism brought a lot of joy to our hearts. Join us in praising the Lord.

After the baptism, two church leaders, Brother Mark Rashak and Brother John Anthony, joined Brother Tony Maraizu in welcoming the six newly baptized souls to the faith of the Seventh Day Adventist Reform Movement.

Irrespective of the troubles in Plateau State the brethren and sisters there are not discouraged to serve God.  The parents of one of the baptismal candidates (pictured below) expressed their profound happiness in witnessing the baptism of their son. They asked that we keep him and the other candidates in our prayers. Amen.

To God be the glory.

Edited: a previous incorrect version stated the baptism occurred in November.
