Brother Waene Geoffrey Samson shares about recent events in the Uganda Mission.

"Therefore, my brethren, dearly beloved and longed for, my joy and crown, so stand fast in the Lord, [my] dearly beloved. I beseech Euodias, and beseech Syntyche, that they be of the same mind in the Lord. And I entreat thee also, true yokefellow, help those women which laboured with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and [with] other my fellowlabourers, whose names [are] in the book of life." Phillipian 4:1-3

By God's grace we have finished our events for 2015.

In December, we had a family seminar that went from the 4th to the 9th of December 2015, at the Kampala Head office. The theme of the seminar was the Christian Home based on Matthew 19:6: "So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate.” The speakers were Brothers Daniel Arwa, Odemo Edward and Waeno Geoffrey Samson.

The second event in December was a campmeeting held from the 14th to the 19th of December 2015. The theme of the campmeeting was "Christ our Righteousness, and it was held at the SDARM Bumasikye Church. The speakers present were again Brothers Daniel Arwa, Odemo Edward and Waeno Geoffrey Samson.

Then, we had a family Seminar in Kampala, followed by the reorganization of the Mission. The reorganization went on well, and Uganda now has two Missions: the Western Uganda Mission and the Eastern Uganda Mission. This was done so that our members may be better served, and so that there may be greater opportunities to reach new areas like Northern and Southern Uganda.

We had a blessed campmeeting, with eighty people attendence. Six souls were baptized.

We thank you brethren for your prayers, especially during the week of prayer, that the Lord helped all of these events run smoothly despite being so close together in time.

God's blessings be with you.

Your brother in the blessed Hope of Glory,

Waeno Geoffrey Samson
